摘  要:采用熔体直接纺的工艺路线,纺丝冷却采用特殊的成形技术,成功研制了167 dtex/288 f、222dtex/384 f、22 dtex/96 f等超细多孔涤纶长丝,成功应用在针织等领域。结果表明,纺丝选择较低熔体输送温度,较高箱体温度,喷丝孔采用圆形的排布方式,采用双油嘴上油,纺制的POY质量优异;后加工加热和冷却采用点接触式,冷却采用抽风方式,避免了面接触对纤维的损伤,制取了高质量的超细多孔低弹丝。所得产品可以加工成高性能的仿真丝、仿桃皮绒、仿麂皮绒、仿毛和高密类针织产品。Melt direct spinning technology and special cooling forming process was used in development of 167 dtex/288 f, 222 dtex/384 f, 22 dtex/96 f etc. superfine porous polyester fibers. Results show that with lower melt conveying temperature, higher body temperature, circular arranged spinneret holes and double nozzle oiling, spinning POY with excellent quality was obtained. Point contact was used in post processing, heating and cooling; ventilation cooling was adopted to avoid surface contact fiber damage. High quality uhrafine porous yarn with low elasticity was obtained and successfully applied in knitting field, products could be processed into high performance silk, imitation peach skin, suede, wool and high-density knitted products.
