摘 要:目的了解北京市密云县淡色库蚊的抗药性情况,为蚊虫防制工作提供指导。方法采用幼虫浸渍法检测淡色库蚊野外品系和敏感品系四龄幼虫对杀虫剂的抗药性。结果与敏感品系相比较,从密云县采集到的淡色库蚊野外品系对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、仲丁威、双硫磷、敌敌畏的抗性倍数分别为88.7、1.88、245、9.69和3.62倍。结论淡色库蚊幼虫对上述5种药物均产生不同程度抗药性,以仲丁威、高效氯氰菊酯为高。Objective To know the insecticides resistance in Culex pipiens pallens in Miyun district, and provide guidance for mosquito control. Methods Larvae dipping method was utilized to detect insecticides resistance of Culex pipiens fourth instar larvaein wild strain and susceptible strains. Results Compared with those in susceptible strain, cypermethrin, deltamethrin, fenobucarb(BPMC) , temephos,dichlorvos resistance in wild strains of Culex pipiens pallens collected from Miyun district were 88.7 - fold,1.88 - fold,245 - fold,9.69 - fold and 3.62 - fold respectively. Conclusion Culex pipiens pallens larvae were resistant to these five insecticides,of which the resistance levels to BPMC and cypermethrin were higher.
