环渤海地区产业地域分工的基本格局

摘　　要：环渤海地区是我国经济发展的第三大增长极,合理的产业分工对于实现规模经济和建立具有全国地域分工意义的产业体系均具有重要价值。研究运用区位商指数、中心性指数和引力模型等方法,结合GIS空间分析,从地级市的视角测度了环渤海地区产业地域分工的基本格局。研究发现:环渤海地区呈现明显的"中心—外围"发展的地域分工特征,东部沿海地区为制造业—服务业主导,西部地区为农林牧渔业主导,中部地区为采矿业和矿业—制造业混合带;从城市节点差异性来看,环渤海地区以矿业—制造业型城市、制造业型城市为主,地区服务业专业化发展程度较差;从产业空间结构来看,分出了七大产业地域功能区,各功能区发展动力差异较大,并总结了"一圈、双核、三带"的空间结构特征。最后对环渤海地区产业优化布局提出了相关建议。The region of Bohairim is the third largest growth pole of economic development in China. This study is using location quotient index, centricity index and methods of gravity model, combining with GIS spatial analysis, to measure the regional division of labor of Bohai rim from the perspective of prefecture-level basic pattern. Research shows that： the industry of Bohai rim present obvious geographical characteristics of labor divisionof the ＂core-periphery＂. The eastern coastal areas is manufacturing and services, the western region is animal husbandry, fishery and the central region is the mining and mining - mixed with manufacturing; From the difference of city node,there are manymining -manufacturing cities and manufacturing cities in the region Bohai rim, but the service industry specialization degree is poorer. From the perspective of industrial spatial structure,we distinguished seven major industry regional functions and the development power of each fimctional district is different.And we summarized the spatial structure characteristics of ＂one circle, two cores, three zones＂. Finally, the Bohai sea region industrial optimization layout related suggestions are put forward.
