摘 要:湖南某石英脉型岩金矿床,原矿金品位2.06 g/t,基本以"不可见型"赋存于黄铁矿晶格之中。针对该金矿床的载金矿物——黄铁矿嵌布不均匀、部分微细粒黄铁矿与细粒脉石连生或包裹的特性,确定直接浮选法获得高品位的金-硫精矿的工艺。采用"戊基黄药+异丁基戊黄药"组合捕收剂最大限度地回收金硫矿物,粗精矿再磨提高粗精矿中细粒黄铁矿-石英连生体单体解离度。全流程闭路试验获得含金32.81 g/t、含硫39.54%、金回收率83.87%、硫回收率70.68%的金硫精矿。A high-quartz rock gold deposit in Hunan with gold grade 2.06 g/t, the gold is basically in the "invisible" atomic lattice-gold mainly occurring in pyrite. The application of the technology for high-grade gold-pyrite concentrate production by direct flotation is determined based on the characteristics of the gold bearing mineral-pyrite in the gold deposit, such as heterogeneous dissemination, part micro- fine pyrites associated with or wrapped by micro-fine gangue minerals. The combination collector of "amyl xanthate + isoamyl amyl xanthate (Y89) " is adopted for recovering the minerals of gold and pyrite the maximum extent, meanwhile the rough concentrate is regrinded to improve the dissociation of interlocked pyrite-quartz. The gold-pyrite concentrate with gold grade 32.81 g/t and the sulfur grade 39.54% is obtained by the whole closed-circuit test, the recovery rates of gold and sulfur are 83.87% , 70.68% , respectively.
