摘　　要：通过改善结晶器铜板质量,保证铜板的可修复次数,改变结晶器宽边足辊形式,优化足辊顺弧尺寸等措施,大幅延长了结晶器寿命,确保了安全稳定生产.The service lifetime of mold is greatly prolonged through improving the copper plate quality and ensuring its repairable times, changing the clockwise arc dimension of foot roller. Thus, the the foot roller form of mold wide edge and optimizing safe and reliable production is ensured.
