摘  要:对中央电站煤粉锅炉进行燃烧高炉煤气改造,实现了多烧高炉煤气,减少了高炉煤气放散,降低了燃料成本,提高了经济效益.改造后能够机动灵活的根据季节特点、负荷变化、设备检修等因素来调整燃料结构及运行方式.为了分析炉内流动和燃烧状况的变化,采用FLUENT软件进行三维数值模拟,对速度场和温度场进行预测,并采用焦炉煤气稳燃,提高了高炉煤气的燃烧稳定性.Carry out a technical modification on the pulverized coal boiler for central electric sta- tion, and change to use blast furnace gas. Using more blast furnace gas and reducing gas emission are realized. The fuel cost is decreased and economic benefits are improved. Fuel structure and running method are adjusted flexibly according to the season, load variation, equipment maintenance, etc. In order to analyze the flow and combustion condition changing in the furnace, carry out 3D numeric simu- lation to anticipate speed field and temperature field by using FLUENT software. Through adopting coke oven gas combustion stabilizing, the combustion stability of blast furnace gas is increased.
