产业转移视角下新疆城市化路径分析

摘　　要：新疆的城市化水平与我国其他省份及全国平均水平相比还处于低水平状态,仍需要进一步提高。作为"丝绸之路经济带"的核心区,新疆的发展显得尤为重要,要实现发展,缩小与发达地区的差距,就需要新疆抓住机遇,结合实际,促进城市化发展。新疆作为我国承接产业转移的重点地区,可以通过承接产业转移,优化产业结构,产业合理分工,推进工业化进程。工业化与城市化相辅相成,工业的发展必然推动城市的发展。产业园区作为承接产业转移的最佳载体,产业不断向园区集聚,在累积循环作用下,产业园区向产业集群发展,进而产业集群带动城市经济的发展。从产业转移的视角来探析新疆城市化问题,基于分析,提出推进新疆城市化进程的几点建议。The urbanization level of Xinjiang compared with other provinces and the national average is at a lower level, still needs to be further improved. As the core area of “the Silk Road Economic Belt”, the development of Xinjiang is particularly important, to achieve the development, narrow the gap with developed areas, requires Xinjiang to seize the opportunity, in combination with the actual situation, to promote the development of urbaniza- tion. Xinjiang as a key area of undertaking industrial transfer in our country, it can through industrial transfer, opti- mize the industrial structure, the reasonable industrial division of labor to promote its industrialization process. In- dustrialization and urbanization supple with each other; the development of industry will promote the development of the city. Industrial park regards as the best carrier to undertake industrial transfer, the industries agglomerate to the park, under the action of a cumulative cycle, industrial park will develop to the industrial clusters, and industrial cluster will promote the development of urban economy. This paper from the angle of industrial transfer to analyze the problems of Xinjiang urbanization, it will create a new point of view at the analysis of the region urbanization problem. Based on the analysis, at the end of the paper, put forward some suggestions on speeding up urban devel- opment.
