摘  要:亚麻基因组测序完成为全基因组水平分析抗病基因提供了前提条件,而NBS类抗病基因是植物中最大的抗病基因家族之一。本研究利用生物信息学方法对亚麻全基因组中NBS类抗病基因进行了鉴定,对NBS类抗病蛋白的理化性质、基因结构、保守基序及其系统发生荚系进行了分析。结果表明:在亚麻全基因组中共找到137个NBS类抗病基因,其中分子量大于100kDa序列比例在50%以上,等电点值在5~8的范围内比例为70.07%。系统进化树将NBS类基因分成7个亚组,且同一亚组内基因的结构和保守基序保持着较高的一致性。本研究的结果将为亚麻NBS类抗病基因家族的基因定位以及相关抗病基因克隆等深入研究提供参考。The complete of sequencing flax genome is the premise for analyzing resistance genes at the whole genome level, while NBS resistance gene is one of the biggest disease - resistant gene families in plants. The numbers of NBS genes in flax were identified, and the physicochemical property of pretein, genetic structure, conserved motif, and phylogenetic relationship were analyzed by bioinfommtics method. The result showed a total of 137 NBS resistance genes of flax were identified, among of them the sequence of molecular weight which were greater than 100 kDa were over 50%, and isoelectric point : 7: ue which had the range of 5 - 8 was 70. 07%. The resistance genes of NBS type were divided into sever, subgroups by phylogenetic tree, and the genetic structure and conservative motif of genes within the 3ame subgroup had high consistency. The results would provide theoretical basis for further research about the NBS disease- resistant gene families in flax, as well as laying the foundation for NBS gene location and cloning research.
