摘　　要：本土元素是具有本土文化特征的设计符号,在以本土元素为出发点的公共设施设计中,系统观的设计方法和情感化设计是设计思考的两大要点。文章一方面从产品设计的整体性、城市意向形成与城市生态环境的可持续性等方面,针对公共设施设计的系统性展开探讨。此外,以情感体验为起点,探讨了以本土文化为特征的公共设施设计在营造城市安全感、归属感与幸福感中起到的重要作用。The local element is the designed symbols with local culture characteristics. In the design of public facilities with local element as the starting point, the systematic design method and emotional design are the two main points of design thinking. One side, the thesis starts to explore the design of public facilities for systematic. It depends on the integrity of product design, the intention formed of city, sustainability of urban ecological environment, etc. Moreover, from emotional experience as the starting point, it investigates public facilities design with local culture as an important rote in creating the sense of security, belonging and happiness of the city.
