摘  要:为研究玄武岩纤维混凝土在不同海洋环境下的耐腐蚀性能,制作了三种混凝土试件:普通混凝土浸泡腐蚀试件、玄武岩纤维混凝土浸泡腐蚀试件和玄武岩纤维混凝土干湿交替腐蚀试件。将这些试件浸泡或干湿交替浸泡在5倍浓度的人工海水中,每隔60d每种试件任意取出3个测试其抗压强度。通过试验可知,掺入玄武岩纤维后混凝土强度有所增加。经过60d腐蚀后,干湿交替腐蚀的玄武岩纤维混凝土试件强度开始下降,而普通混凝土浸泡试件和玄武岩纤维混凝土浸泡试件的强度仍在缓慢增加。相同腐蚀条件下玄武岩纤维的质量损失较平稳,后期质量损失率有所增加。To study the corrosion resistance of basalt fiber reinforced concrete in different marine environment, three concrete specimens were cask ordinary concrete specimens for immersion corrosion, basalt fiber reinforced concrete specimens for immersion corrosion and basalt fiber reinforced concrete specimens for alternating wet and dry corrosion. These specimens were soaked in 5 times density artificial seawater, three specimens of each type were taken by random after 60d for compressive strength test. The results show that the concrete strength increased after adding basalt fiber. After 60d corrosion, the strength of specimens with alternating wet and dry corrosion began to decline, while the other two specimens, strength increased slowly. Under the same corrosion condition, the mass loss of basalt fiber was relatively stable, but it increased in the later period.
