摘　　要：文章在综合运用问卷调查法、数理统计法、文献资料法和访谈法的基础上,调查淮南市高校体育场馆对外开放的时间、模式、人群主体等情况,研究分析其在对外开放过程中遇到的问题和出现的情况,从而了解制约体育场馆对外开放的各方面的原因,为淮南市高校体育场馆对外开放提出合理化建议,以便探索出符合淮南市高校体育场馆对外开放的可行性政策。On the basis of using the methods of questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics method, literature material and interview, the paper investigated the time, the pattern, the main body crowd of the current college sports venues of Huainan city opening to the outside, analysed the problems and reasons in the process of opening to the outside world, put forward some reasonable suggestions in order to explore the feasibility policy.
