摘  要:提出化学磁性研磨加工工艺,建立加工装置磁场数学模型,在此基础上运用Ansoft仿真分析软件构建仿真模型,对加工装置进行磁场分布的仿真分析,优化设计及制造出加工装置,并应用加工装置进行化学磁性研磨实验。Chemical magnetic abrasive finishing process was put forward.The mathematical model of processing apparatus were es- tablished.On this basis, simulation model was builded by Ansoft simulation analysis software. Simulation analysis of magnetic field distribution of processing apparatus was performed.Then, a processing apparatus for chemical magnetic abrasive finishing was de- signed and manufactured. And Chemical magnetic abrasive finishing experiment were performed.
