田野调查视野下的三江源生态移民效果评估

摘　　要：中央政府根据三江源生态保护的极度重要性,实施了三江源生态移民工程。截至目前,已有近10年的历史。本课题组在已有研究基础上,深入青海藏区三江源进行了大量的田野实际调查,从三江源生态保护和建设工程、生态修复、后续产业发展、牧民减畜转产就业、牧民社会保障体系建设等方面进行调查和评估,并将相关的理论与实践结合,尽可能"全景"式地展现目前三江源生态移民效果的真实状态。The ecological migration in Sanjiangyuan area has been carried out for ten years since the Central Government took immigration measures out of the importance of the protection of Sanjiangyuan area. On the basis of the existing investigations, the research group plunged themselves deeply into the Tibetan area of Sanjiangyuan in Qinghai Province to carry out field surveys and completed more investigations and evaluations from the aspects of the ecological protection and construction projects in Sanjiangyuan area, ecological restoration, development of sustain- able industry and herdsmen＇s livestock reduction and transference to employment and the construction of social se- curity system for the herdsmen etc, and combined the relative theory with practice so as to display a ＇＂ panorama＂ to show the true status quo of the ecological effect of migration in Sanjiangyuan region.
