经尿道双极气化治疗前列腺增生20例临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察并探讨20例前列腺增生患者经尿道双极化治疗后的临床效果。方法随机抽取2014年9月~2015年1月在本院就诊的前列腺增生患者20例作为本次研究的对象,对所有患者使用等离子双极气化电切镜进行治疗。结果治疗后患者各项指标均有明显改善。结论前列腺增生患者经尿道双极气化进行治疗具有良好的临床疗效,且安全性高。Objective To explore and analysis the clinical effect of 20 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia treatment after transurethral bipolaron. Methods 20 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia were randomly selected as the object of this study, in Sep.2014 to Jan.2015 in our hospital, the treatment for all patients were using plasmakinetic electrovaporization mirror. Results The indicators of patients were significantly improved after treatment. Conclusion There is significant clinical effect and high security of the treatment of transurethral bipolar vaporization for benign prostatic hyperplasia patients.
