精蛋白重组人胰岛素混合注射液40/60治疗2型糖尿病的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨甘舒霖40R(精蛋白重组人胰岛素混合注射液40/60)对2型糖尿病患者治疗的临床效果及安全性。方法将40例2型糖尿病患者治疗前进行空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2h PG)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)测定,单用甘舒霖40R治疗12周后,与治疗前空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)进行比较,并观察低血糖发生情况。结果患者空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值和糖化血红蛋白值治疗后较治疗前均下降(t=4.714,P<0.05;t=9.269,P<0.05;t=8.351,P<0.05)。结论甘舒霖40R能有效控制空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值和降低糖化血红蛋白值,较少发生低血糖。对于2型糖尿病患者来说,甘舒霖40R是一种安全、有效、经济且方便的治疗方案。Objective To explore the Gansulin 40R（Protamine Recombinant Human Insulin Mixture Injection 40/60） treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes clinical efficacy, and safety. Methods 40 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes treatment before fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose（2 HPG）, determination of glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1c）, used alone Gansulin 40 R 12 weeks after treatment, and treatment before fasting plasma glucose（FPG）, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose, and glycosylated hemoglobin（Hb A1c） is used in the comparison. And to observe the occurrence of hypoglycemia. Results Patients were fasting blood glucose value, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values before treatment were significantly decreased after treatment（t=4.714, P〈0.05, t=9.269, P〈0.05, t=8.351, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The early Gansulin 40 R can effectively control the fasting blood glucose value, 2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin value, less hypoglycemia. Patients with type 2 diabetes, is a safe, effective, economical and convenient therapy.
