普罗帕酮与酒石酸美托洛尔注射液联合治疗更年期心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析普罗帕酮与酒石酸美托洛尔注射液(倍他乐克)联合治疗更年期心律失常的疗效。方法将96例患者分为治疗组(普罗帕酮联合倍他乐克)和对照组(倍他乐克),各48例,对比两组治疗效果。结果两组治疗总有效率、24 h动态心电图早搏变化对比差异均显著。两组不良反应发生率无显著差异。结论普罗帕酮与倍他乐克联合治疗更年期心律失常效果显著,用药安全可靠。Objective Explore citicoline treatment of acute stroke application effect. Methods To investigate the curative effect of propafenone and metoprolol（Betaloc） combined treatment of menopause arrhythmia. Methods 96 patients were divided into treatment group（propafenone combined with betaloc therapy） and control group（Betaloc）, each of 48 cases, compared two groups of treatment effect. Results The total efficiency of two treatment group, 24 h dynamic ECG beats changes in contrast differences were significant. The two group the incidence of adverse reactions was no significant difference. Conclusion Propafenone combined with betaloc treating menopause arrhythmia effect is remarkable, the medication is safe and reliable.
