摘　　要：目的探讨先天性胆总管囊肿围术期的护理效果。方法选取2011年3月~2014年3月在我院接受治疗的先天性胆总管囊肿患者20例,通过对其进行回归性资料分析,总结护理经验并观察效果。结果通过对患者进行围手术期精心护理,所有患者均康复出院。结论临床上,为先天性胆总管囊肿患者采用围手术期护理,能够根据患者的实际情况采取有针对性地护理,效果显著。Objective To investigate the nursing effect of congenital choledochal cyst in perioperative period. Methods A total of 20 patients with congenital choledochal cyst from 2011 March to 2014 March in our hospital for treatment of patients, through the analysis of regression, to sum up the nursing experience and observe the effect. Results Through the perioperation period nursing of patients, all patients were discharged from hospital. Conclusion For congenital choledochal cyst patients with perioperation period nursing, can according to the actual situation of patients to take targeted nursing, the effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
