摘　　要：文中主要探讨创新训练在测绘创新人才培养中的作用,从创新培养模式构建、多方位的创新训练平台搭建、创新教学团队培育以及创新人才培养具体实施过程等方面展开讨论,最后结合广东工业大学测绘工程专业创新人才培养的尝试情况,总结创新训练在测绘创新人才培养中的作用及效果。In the paper,the author discussed the role of innovation training in innovative talents in innovative talents cultivation from innovative training mode,the multi- faceted innovative training platform building,teaching team innovative cultivation and specific implementation process of innovative talents and other aspects. Finally,action and effect of innovative training were summarized in mapping creative talents combining with the situation of the surveying engineering creative talents training.
