摘  要:为合理有效地进行水资源论证工作中取水累积影响分析,通过SMS软件建立RAM2水动力模型,运用幕景分析法原理建立幕景,对比分析各幕景边界条件下的模型运行结果,研究了蚌埠闸上取水对淮河干流水位的累积影响。结果表明,鲁台子上游用水户与研究区内的建设项目联合累积取水及规划水平年新增取水,将对淮河干流水位产生很大影响;幕景分析法与RAM2水动力学模型联合应用,可使取水累积影响的分析层次清晰,能够更为有效地辨别累积影响。In order to analyze the cumulative impacts of intaking water legitimately in the argument of water resources on the construction pro- jects, RAM2 hydrodynamic model based on SMS software was established by using the principle of scenarios analysis to set different scenari- os. The conclusion of water intaking cumulative impact analysis was made by comparing the results of the model running under various bound- ary conditions in different scenarios. The cumulative impacts of intaking water above Bengbu sluice on Huaihe River on water level of main stream were analyzed. The results show that superposition of water users in the upstream of Lutaizi and many projects in research scope inta- king water and added intaking water in planning year have significant impacts. Scenarios analysis combined with the hydrodynamic method can be clearer, which can identify cumulative impacts effectively.
