摘  要:将突变理论和模糊数学相结合产生的一种新方法——突变级数法,应用于黄土丘陵沟壑区树儿梁小流域综合治理效益评价中。针对评价效益偏高的问题,通过数值转化方法将其转化为绝对意义下的评价值。结果表明:1改进后的突变级数法与模糊综合评价法所得结果基本一致,说明了此方法合理可行。与传统方法相比,改进后的突变级数法具有3个优点:一是不需要确定权重,只需要确定各指标的重要程度,减少了人为的主观性;二是计算量小,便于应用;三是模型应用相对简单,不需要理解特殊的内部机理。2大量淤地坝的建设等生态恢复响应措施的实施使生态环境得以改善,其中生态效益提升最为明显,生态效益评价得分由4提高到了79。3综合效益评价得分由10提高到了65,评价等级从差变为中。说明退耕还林(草)等治理措施的实施使树儿梁小流域坡面径流得到有效控制,在一定程度上减少了土壤侵蚀,这些治理措施作为一种政策驱动力,同时也作为生态恢复响应措施,极大地促进了研究区环境、社会和经济的协同发展。Combining with the catastrophe theory and fuzzy mathematics, a new method of toproduce the catastrophe progression method was produced and applied to the benefit evaluation of comprehensive management of Shuerliang small watershed in the gullied rolling loess area. Aiming to the evaluation problem of higher result, it was transformed into absolute evaluation values by using numerical transformation meth- od. The results show that a) the improved catastrophe progression method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method are consistent with the results, to illustrate the rationality and feasibility of this method. Comparing with the traditional method, this method has 3 advantages : first- ly, it is to determine the weight, only need to determine the importance of each index, reducing the subjectivity; secondly, it is a small a- mount of calculation, easy to use ; thirdly, it is about the application of the model is relatively simple, do not need to know the internal mech- anism of special, b) The large quantity of warping dams construction of ecological restoration measures of the implementation of response to the ecological environment can be improved, which is the most obvious improvement of ecological benefit, ecological benefit evaluation index is increased from 4 to 79. c) The comprehensive benefit evaluation index is increased from 10 to 65, while the evaluation class is from worse to medium. It shows that the implemented measures of returning farmland to forest (grass) have effectively controlled the slope surface run- off, which reduces the erosion effect to a certain extent. As a policy driven and a response to the ecological rehabilitation measures, these measures greatly promote the harmonious development of regional environment, society and economy.
