摘 要:为了解决水轮机的磨蚀问题,对魏家堡水电站水轮机在两个不同运行时期的磨蚀状况及成因进行了分析,采取了渠首加闸加坝工程、优化水轮机转轮和导叶的水力设计、采用超高分子聚乙烯抗磨板、高速火焰喷涂SXH70抗磨蚀表面防护材料以及导叶、接力器、转轮修型设计的扩容改造等一系列综合措施,有效地减少了过机泥沙含量,改善了水轮机的磨蚀状况,提高了水轮机的工作效率和电站的发电效益,同时使机组长期稳定在高效率区运行,提高了机组运行的安全性和经济性。In order to solve the problems of abrasion of turbine, the study analyzed the condition and the reason of abrasion of Weijiabu Hy- dropower Station in two different operational periods, adopted the project of adding gates at headwork of irrigation system, optimization of the runner and wicket gate of turbine in the hydraulic design, using the ultra high molecular weight polyethylene wear plate and high velocity oxy - fuel spraying of SXH70 anti - abrasion materials, as well as the technical improvement on capacity of the wicket gate, relay device, runner on the design of shaft surface and a series of comprehensive measures, which effectively reduced the content of sediment passing through the turbine, improved the turbine abrasion issue, increased the efficiency of the turbine and the power generation benefit, kept the unit stable running at high efficiency and improved the safety and economic characteristics.
