摘 要:以双导程直线接触偏置蜗杆传动原理为基础,提出准双导程蜗杆传动方法并进行传动误差分析。利用标准模数齿轮滚刀滚削加工蜗轮,利用传统阿基米德蜗杆的类加工方法切削加工蜗杆。分析准双导程蜗杆传动与双导程直线接触偏置蜗杆传动比的齿形误差来源,建立误差计算公式,并提出减小和消除误差的措施。设计了传动比为70和410两种准双导程蜗杆传动副,据此进行了传动试验。通过试验,验证了准双导程蜗杆传动的正确性和有效性。Quasi dual-lead worm transmission method based on the principle of quasi dual-lead biased worm transmission with line contact is put forward and transmission error is analyzed in this paper. Worm wheel is processed through using standard modulus worm gear hob, and worm is processed through traditional Archimedes cutting methods. The tooth flank errors source of comparing dual-lead worm transmission with quasi dual-lead biased worm transmission with line contact is analyzed, and error calculation formula is established, and the measures to reduce and eliminate errors are proposed. Two kinds of quasi dual-lead worm pair with transmission ratio of 70 and 410 are designed. The correctness and validity of quasi dual-lead worm transmission are verified through transmission experiments.
