摘  要:以8年生牡丹品种‘小胡红’为试材,采用彻底刨根,分解取样的方法,研究了牡丹生物量的构成特点、各器官矿质元素含量和累积分配特性,以期为牡丹合理施肥提供科学依据。结果表明:1株8年生‘小胡红’含矿质营养元素总量为:N 4.29、P2O50.50、K2O 1.46、Ca 7.82、Mg 0.97g/株;Mn 8.21、Cu 11.56、Fe 149.25mg/株。在叶片、发育枝及根中,3月份氮、磷、钾含量均达到最高水平,4月份达到次高水平。其中N主要分配到叶片、花蕾和果实,P、K主要分配到果实和叶片,Ca、Mg主要分配到叶片和发育枝,Mn、Cu、Fe主要分配到果实和叶片。Taking peony trees which were about 8-year-old as material, the character of biomass composition, mineral element content and its accumulation in different parts of peony trees were analyzed,in order to investigate the properties of accumulation and distribution of mineral elements in peony and to establish a reasonable fertilization protocol. The results showed that the nutrient content and the annual of biomass of 8-year-old 'Xiaohuhong' in ground part were N 4. 29,P2O5 0. 50,K2O 1.46,Ca 7. 82,Mg 0. 97 g/plant;Mn 8. 21,Cu 11.56,Fe 149. 25 mg/plant, the N,PzO5 ,KzO content in leaf, development shoot and root reached the highest level in March, the second highest level in April. Nitrogen was mainly assigned to the leaf,bud and fruit,PzOs and KzO were mainly assigned to the fruit and leaf,Ca and Mg were mainly assigned to the leaf and development shoot,while Mn,Cu and Fe were mainly assigned to the fruit and leaf.
