微生物肥对辣椒促生长及疫病防治效果  被引量:9

摘  要:以促植物生长根际细菌A21-4、G15-7和G28-6为试材,配制成不同配比单剂微生物肥(AF、BF、CF)和混合微生物肥(ABF、ACF、BCF、ABCF)施用于辣椒,探讨微生物肥对辣椒生长的影响及辣椒疫病的防治效果。结果表明:供试微生物肥均显著促进辣椒的生长,微生物肥(BF)对辣椒苗期株高和茎粗的促生效果显著,比对照CK2分别提高11.17%和26.54%;微生物肥(AF、BF、ABF)处理显著增加辣椒根部干鲜重;微生物肥显著提高叶绿素含量,其中AF、CF处理对叶绿素含量的提高最为显著,比CK2分别提高158.42%和155.12%;微生物肥(AF、ABF、ACF、BCF)处理显著增强根系活力,比CK2分别提高217.86%、235.71%、235.71%、239.29%。另外,供试微生物在辣椒根际土壤中具有良好的定殖能力,其定殖密度均达到106 cfu/g以上,对辣椒疫病均有一定防治效果,其中BF、CF处理对辣椒疫病的防治效果达到100%。Taking three plant growths promoting rhizobacteria A21-4,G15-7 and G28-6 as materials, to make single dosage microbial fertilizer (AF, BF, CF) and composite microbial fertilization (ABF, ACF, tK]F, ABCF), which were used on pepper to research the effect of microbial fertilizer on pepper growth and the resistance ability to Phytophthora capsici. The results showed that the tested microbial fertilizer was all significantly promoted the growth of pepper. The application with BF significantly promotes the plant height and stem diameter,increasing rate were 11. 17% and 26. 54%, respectively, compared with CK2. Moreover, the dry weight and fresh weight of the roots were significantly increased by microbial fertilizer AF, BF and ABF. The application with AF and CF can significantly promote the content of chlorophyll,increasing rate were 158. 42% and 155. 12% ,respectively, compared with CK2. Application with AF, ABF, ACF and BCF can significantly promoted the root activity, promoting rate was 217.86%, 235. 71%, 235.71% and 239. 29% ,respectively,compared with CK2. Besides, the tested microorganisms all successfully colonized in rhizosphere soil of pepper, the colonization density reached more than 106 cfu/g, which showed certain control effect of Phytophthora blight of pepper,applications with BF and CF on the control effect of Phytophthora blight of pepper were reached 100%.
