Objective To understand the influence factors of demands of electronic health records(EHR)among urban citizens in Hangzhou. Conclusions Although residents in Hangzhou were willing to set up EHR,appropriate measures still need to be taken, such as improving IT guidance for the aged, increasing the propaganda of health management and promoting HER service.
