摘　　要：目的探讨新疆地区肿瘤化疗间歇期PICC患者家庭功能与导管自我管理能力的相关性。方法对276例肿瘤化疗间歇期PICC患者应用一般情况调查表、肿瘤患者PICC自我管理能力量表、家庭功能评定量表进行问卷调查。结果化疗间歇期肿瘤患者PICC导管自我管理能力总分为(133.43±27.14)分,其中导管自我管理能力较差者占31.88%,中等水平者占40.58%,较好者占27.54%;患者家庭功能总分为(133.57±45.78)分,其中轻度家庭功能障碍者占15.94%,中度家庭功能障碍者占50.72%,重度家庭功能障碍者占33.33%;患者家庭功能与PICC导管自我管理能力呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤化疗间歇期患者家庭支持水平越高,患者的导管自我管理能力越强。医护人员要重视加强患者家庭支持系统的提升,提高患者导管自我管理能力,保证导管的安全留置和治疗的顺利进行。Objective To investigate the present situation of catheter management ability and the influence of family function on catheter self - manage- ment capacity in patients with PICC during chemotherapy intermission in Xinjiang region. Methods Totally, 276 patients with PICC during chemotherapy inter- mission were investigated with general information questionnaire, catheter self - management ability questionnaire and Family Assessment Device （ FAD ）. Results The total score of catheter self - management ability in patients with PICC during chemotherapy intermission was（ 133.43 ＋ 27.14） ,31.88% of them had a poor self-management ability,40.58% of them had a medium ability,27.54% of them had a better ability. The total score of family function was （133.57 ＋45.78） ,within which mild family dysfunction accounted for 15.94% ,moderate family dysfunction accounted for 50.72% ,severe family dysfunction accounted for 33.33%. There was a negative correlation between family function and self - management ability （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The higher the family support system in chemotherapy patients,the better their catheter self- management ability. Medical staff should attach great importance to the ascension of pa- tients＇family support system, so as to improve their catheter self- management ability, and ensure the safety of catheter indwelling and the smooth treatment.
