摘  要:目的探讨聚焦解决模式在脑卒中患者手功能康复中的应用效果。方法将150例脑卒中患者按入院日期单双号,分为实验组和对照组各75例。对照组应用常规康复治疗及护理,实验组在此基础上应用聚焦解决模式进行护理干预。在干预前及干预后1个月、2个月采用Brunnstrom手功能分级、Barthel指数和简明健康调查表对两组患者进行调查。结果干预后1个月Barthel指数评分、生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);干预后2个月Brunnstrom偏瘫手功能、Barthel指数、生活质量评分均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论采用聚焦解决模式能有效促进脑卒中患者手功能康复效果,提高患者的日常生活能力,改善其生活质量。Objective To evaluate the effects of solution focused approach in the rehabilitation of hand functions of stroke patients. Methods Totally, 150 strokepatients were divided into the experimental group and control group,75 cases in each group. The control group were treated with conventional rehabili- tation training and nursing measures ,while the experimental group received nursing care based on the solution focused approach. Then patients were evaluated with the Brunnstrom Hemiplegia Hand Function Rating Scale, Barthel index, the Chinese version 36 -item short -form health status survey (SF -36 ) at admis- sion , one month and two months after the intervention. Results One month after the intervention, the Barthel index and SF - 36 score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ) ; two months after the intervention, the curative effect of the experimental group was superior to that of the control group in terms of Bruunstrom hand function classification, Barthel index score and SF - 36 score ( P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The application of solution focused approach can promote the rehabilitation of hand function of stroke patients effectively,and improve patients'ability of daily living and enhance their quality of life.
