摘 要:流行病学研究表明,艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染是结核分枝杆菌(MTb)感染并最终导致结核病(TB),包括潜伏结核感染发病的最重要的危险因素之一。而MTb感染也是目前HIV感染者最常见的机会感染之一,包括那些正在接受抗HIV治疗的艾滋病(AIDS)患者。由于HIV感染的流行,使本已得到缓解的TB流行趋势面临严峻的形势。AIDS合并TB业已成为公共卫生系统的重大负担,尤其是那些HIV感染流行趋势比较严重的国家。因此,全球防控TB的政策措施必须相应地得到改变,世界各国也必须加大对TB防控方面的经费支持。该文将对目前国际上AIDS合并TB防治策略的最新进展进行综述。Objective Numerous studies have shown that human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection is one of the highest risk factors associated with an increased risk of acquiring rnycobacterium tuberculosis (MTb) infection and rapid progression into active tuberculosis (TB) among MTb-infected people, as well as a higher incidence of re- activation of latent TB infection. TB is also one of the most common opportunistic infections in people living with HIV, including those AIDS patients who are receiving anti-retroviral therapy. Co-infection with HIV has contribu- ted to a global resurgence in TB epidemic. HIV and TB co-infection has become an immense burden on the health- care system, especially for those countries that are broadly affected by HIV. As a consequence, the global policies for prevention and control of TB need to be revised and an increased investment on TB control has to be guaranteed. Therefore, the purpose of this review is to summarize the recent progress in the prevention, treatment and control of HIV and TB co-infection.
