摘 要:镀液中六方BN微粒的分散特性关系到复合镀Ni-P-BN(h)的镀层质量。研究了在十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、聚乙烯醇(PVA-1750)、三乙醇胺(TEA)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)等6种表面活性剂条件下,BN(h)微粒在镀液中的分散特性。通过检测镀液中BN(h)微粒表面的Zeta电位、用自然沉降法观察BN(h)微粒的悬浮情况、观察不同表面活性剂条件下Ni-P-BN(h)复合镀层的表面形貌及磨损情况,对不同表面活性剂进行综合评价。结果表明:在含CTAB的镀液中,BN(h)的表面电位较大,悬浮液静置后的沉淀最少,复合镀层的表面形貌和耐磨损性能最好。The dispersion of hexagonal BN particles in plating solution has a relationship with Ni-P-BN (h) composite coating quality. The influence of 6 surfactants including sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS),cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (CTAB),polyvinyl alcohol (PVA-1750),triethanolamine (TEA),sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (SDBS) and polyethylene glycol (PEG-6000) to the dispersion property of hexagonal BN particles was studied. Zeta potential of BN (h) particle surface in plating solution was measured,suspension state of particles was detected with natural sedimentation method,the morphology of Ni-P-BN (h) composite coatings prepared with different surfactant and wear scar after wear experiment was observed to make a comprehensive evaluation of different surfactants. The results show that Zeta potential of BN (h) particle surface is the largest ,precipitation was the least after natural sedimentation and the surface morphology and wear resistance of composite coating is the best in plating solution containing CTAB surfactant.
