摘  要:以大连黄泥川现役隧道仰拱处开槽铺设水管工程为实例,采用室内实验及工程类比等方法,结合现场实际情况,确定相似实验原材料为中砂、石膏粉、425普通硅酸盐水泥,配合比选用相似程度最高的755组。针对仰拱处不同深度开槽隧道围岩的变形破坏机理进行研究,采用相似模型实验、数值模拟,结果表明:开槽后仰拱处的承载能力较未开槽时变强;当开槽深度小于2m时,仰拱处的承载能力随着开槽深度的增大而变强,但是当开槽深度超过2m后,承载能力随着开槽深度增加而变弱;而开槽深度不超过2m时,槽底最先受拉破坏,开槽深度超过2m时,拱顶最先受拉破坏;开槽深度为2m时,承载能力最大,说明此开槽深度为最优值。Based on the slotted pipe project of Huang Nichuan tunnel in Dalian, by using the method of laboratory test and engineering analogy, different slot depths and surrounding rock failure mechanisms at the place of inverted arch are studies. With the guidance of analogical simulative experimentation and numerical simulation experimentation, this paper finally comes to the conclusion that the bearing capacity at the place of inverted arch is stronger after slotting. However, the bearing capacity begins to reduce when the slotted depth is over two meters. When the slotting depth is less than two meters, tension failure is easily happened at the bottom of slot. When the slotted depth is over two meters, tension failure is easily happened at the arch crown. When the slotted depth is two meters, the bearing capacity is the largest one. That means the slotted depth has optimal value. The material used in the experiment includes sad, land plaster, 425 silicate and cement. The highest mix proportion is No.755.
