蛋鸡规模养殖环境评估及治理对策分析

摘　　要：为探索畜禽规模养殖场(户)的环境问题及畜禽产业的可持续发展,以蛋鸡为例,采用统计分析的研究方法从蛋鸡规模养殖主体的角度评估了蛋鸡养殖环境以及治理的意愿和难题。研究结果表明:超过70%的蛋鸡规模养殖场(户)生产决策者认为养殖场环境较好,使得其对养殖环境的治理意愿不高,同时,养殖场的环境治理受到了技术、设备、资金以及污染物流通体系不健全等等难题的制约,以此分析得知,蛋鸡规模养殖场(户)在养殖污染治理上对技术、资金、政策和市场具有较高的需求。针对以上结论提出了蛋鸡规模养殖场(户)环境治理的对策建议。Environmental assessment of scaled livestock farms has been the key problem of sustainable development of livestock industry. In this paper, the environment issues of layers＇ farms have been evaluated from the perspective of scaled layers＇ farms,and the environmental governance willingness of farmers and the problem they might meet during the process have been explored. The result shows that more than 70% of layers＇ farmers believe that the environment of their farms is good, and they are unwilling to manage the environment because of the restriction of technology, facility,funding and distribution system. The scale of Layers＇ farms has a higher demand of technology, funding, policy and market on the environment pollution treatment. Based on the study result, some measures on the environmental governance have been proposed.
