摘　　要：目的应用实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术对甲状腺功能减退症患者的左心收缩功能进行评价.方法应用M型超声及实时三平面组织多普勒成像技术测量左心收缩功能.结果传统超声甲减组LVEF与对照组相比无明显差异,甲减组各室壁二尖瓣环处和部分室壁基底段、中间段收缩期峰值速度Vs和最大位移Ds低于正常组(P<0.05).结论甲状腺功能减退症可影响心脏的结构和功能,导致左心室局部收缩功能减低,尽早发现甲状腺功能减退症患者的心功能改变,可以预防并发症的发生.Objective To evaluate the left ventricular systolic function in hypothyroidism patients by using real time tri-plane tissue Doppler imaging. Method Left ventricular （ LV） function were examined with M-mode echocardiography and real time tri-plane tissue Doppler imaging. Results There was no difference in LVEF between the hypothyroidism group and the control group according to the conventional ultrasonic imaging method. Compared to the control group,the Vs and Ds of mitral annual on each room wall,the basal segment of part of the room walls,and the middle segment in systole were lower in the hypothyroidism patients （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Hypothyroidism can affect the heart ’ s structure and function, reduce left ventricular systolic function. Early detection of asymptomatic changes in heart function of hypothyroidism patients will be helpful in the clinical diagnosis and prevention of complications in time.
