摘  要:采用组织分离法从福建省大鹤林场不同年龄木麻黄各组织器官中分离与纯化得到65株内生真菌.研究木麻黄内生真菌在其器官构件内的分布规律,同时按水培和盆栽两种方式侵染无性系苗,测定接菌苗木的新梢长度,筛选出促生长的菌株.结果表明:木麻黄内生真菌主要分布于植株的鳞状叶小枝和根中,分别占筛选出菌株数量的40.0%和41.5%,且随着树龄的增大,内生真菌的数量减少;在水培苗浸泡菌液方式下的接菌处理能显著增加苗木的平均抽梢量,促进水培苗生长.其中,菌株18处理下苗木的平均抽梢量为54.85 cm,是对照苗木的7.62倍.The present investigation was undertaken in order to isolate endophytic fungi from Casuarina equisetifolia by using the tissue separating method and then study the distribution of endophytic fungi under the different forest-stands and organs. This paper aimed to screen out the most beneficial strains so as to promote the growth of water cultured Casuarina seedling. 65 different endophytic fungi strains were isolated,purified and then inoculated to Casuarina clones seedlings by using two different inoculation methods which are dipping the seedling root in suspension ( S ) and irrigating the potted seedling with suspension ( P ) . The results showed that these strains were mainly distributed in scale-like leaves and roots,accounting for 40% and 41. 5% of all the screened strains respectively, furthermore, with the increasing tree-age, the amount of endophytic fungi will reduce. Most strains screened out from Casuarina equisetifolia can promote the quantity of shoots growth,moreover the S method is superior to the P method in this study. In the case of using S method,the average quantity of shoots growth of strain No. 18 is the maximum,which was up to 54. 85 centimeters and it was 7. 62 times as much as CK.
