摘 要:用洛氏硬度计、显微维氏硬度计、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电子显微镜(TEM)分析了QCM8钢的组织结构和失效断口等,测试了其渗氮后疲劳性能.结果表明:QCM8钢基体为位错马氏体,碳化物较多,有条状也有细粒状,分布均匀;渗氮后旋转弯曲疲劳寿命提高了约7倍;疲劳断口分析表明疲劳源区组织细密,瞬断区韧性较好.用渗氮QCM8钢加工的精密冲压模具较少出现裂纹和崩裂,使用寿命大大提高.This paper uses Rockwell Hardometer, Vikers Microhardness Tester, Optical Microscope ( OM ) , Scanning Electron Microscope ( SEM ) and Transmission Electron Microscope ( TEM ) to analyze the organizational structure and the failing fracture of QCM8 steel,and to test its fatigue property with nitriding. The experiment result shows basic structure of QCM8 steel is carbide dislocation martensite occuring as lath-shaped grains with uniform distribution. After nitriding,the rotary bending fatigue property of QCM8 increases by 7 folds. Fracture of the fatigue area shows a fine and compact structure with relatively good malleability in the final rupture region. Precision press molds made of nitriding QCM8 steel will have less flaws and crack,thus greatly extend the operation life.
