摘　　要：以五大英语学习词典为例,概述国外学习词典编纂的发展简况及取得的代表性成果;概括词典编纂的共性特征:明确的编纂宗旨、简洁的编排结构、先进的编纂手段;预测词典编纂的发展趋势:以语言学理论为指导,立足词典用户,以大型语料库为依托,凸显词典的编码功能,注重动态更新;最后指出外向型汉语学习词典有待努力的方向。Taking five English dictionaries for learners as examples, this paper summarizes the development situ- ation of compilation in foreign learner＇ s dictionaries and typical achievements. It generalizes common features of lexicography ,such as explicit purpose for compilation, succinct structure for arrangement, advanced means for compilation etc, and forecasts the developing trends of lexicography, such as taking linguistic theories as the instruction, based on the dictionary users,based on large-scale corpus, highlighting coding function of dictionaries, updated constantly and dynamically etc. Lastly it points out the struggling direction to export-oriented Chinese dictionaries for learners.
