摘　　要：汉语在吸收外来词的过程中最显著的特点就是"汉化"。外来词的汉化按语言三要素可分为"语音汉化""语义汉化""语法汉化"。同时,汉语受外来词的影响,也会产生"外化"现象。"汉化"与"外化"二者之间是相互影响,相互依存的关系。The most prominent characteristic in the process of absorbing foreign words in Chinese is ＂Chinesiza- tion＂. According to the three elements of language, the Chinesization of foreign words can be divided into ＂speech Chinesization semantic Chinesization grammar Chinesization＂. At the same time, the influence of foreign words will have a foreignation phenomenon. Chinesization and foreignation are interrelated, interdependent relationship.
