摘　　要：国内生产的无卤低烟预制分支电缆分支体连接体的质量不稳定,容易出现表面气泡、填充不足、电缆被挤偏等问题,在生产过程中不能很好地做到一次成型,需要经过复杂的后期加工才能满足性能要求。本文将对国内传统工艺生产的预制分支电缆的缺点进行分析,并对环保型分支电缆工艺装备提出优化设计方案。Domestic production of halogen - free low - smoke prefabricated branch cable has the problems： the branch connection quality unstable, easily comes bubble on surface, insufficient filling, the cable crowded, not well in the production process in a molding and need to through complex post -processing to meet the performance requirements. In this paper, the defects of the pre fabricated branch cable in the domestic traditional process are analyzed, and the optimized design of the environmental protection branch cable process equipment is proposed.
