妊娠期李斯特菌感染母婴结局探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨妊娠期李斯特菌感染发病的临床特点、诊治及母婴结局。方法回顾分析确诊为李斯特菌感染孕妇的临床资料,主要探讨其临床症状、发病孕周、围产儿结局。结果确诊李斯特菌感染的孕妇6例,1例妊娠中期发病流产,5例妊娠晚期发病,围产儿预后不良,其中3例早产,4例新生儿败血症,2例新生儿脑膜炎,2例新生儿死亡。结论妊娠期李斯特菌感染可导致母婴传播,妊娠晚期感染者围产儿预后不良。Objective To investigate clinical characteristics, outcome in Listeria monocytogenes infection of maternal and their infants. Methods The clinical data of six cases diagnosised to be infected by the Listeria monocytogenes were analyzed retrospectively. Their clinical symptoms, weeks of invasion and the end-results of prenatal babies were studied. Results All six cases of pregnant women infected with Listeria monoeytogenes, 1 case was abortion in mid pregnancy, 5 cases were diagnosed in the third trimester of pregnancy, and their babies appeared adverse results of the pregnancy, including 3 cases of premature,4 cases of neonatal sepsis, 2 cases of neonatal meningitis, 2 cases of neonatal death. Conclusion The Listeria monocytogenes infection may lead to transmission to fetus from mother. The cases in late gestational period manifest obvious clinical symptoms and bad prognosis of prenatal babies.
