特殊护理对危重症手足口病患儿的临床价值

摘　　要：目的分析危重型手足口病患儿有效的护理措施,以便提高患儿生存率。方法选取危重手足口病患儿者150例,随机均分为2组(n=75);对照组施行常规护理,干预组施行在常规护理基础上,加强生命体征的监护,加强消毒隔离,对症治疗,做好心理、皮肤等护理。结果常规护理组75例危重型手足口病患儿中63例愈出院,平均住院天数(32.12±4.26)d,12例因多器官功能衰竭死亡;干预组75例危重型手足口病患儿中70例愈出院,平均住院天数(26.67±2.16)d,5例因多器官功能衰竭死亡;差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论准确、及时执行医嘱,对病情变化及时处理,积极配合医生抢救,增强护士责任心,积极与家属沟通,是提高危重患儿治愈的关键。Objective Sums up severe HFMD effective nursing measures. Methods 150 cases of hand-foot-mouth disease in critically ill patients, randomly divided into two groups, one group was control group （n=75）, another group to the intervention group （n=75）. The control group received conventional nursing. The intervention group and routine nursing care, strengthen the foundation, vital signs, symptomatic treatment, strengthen the disinfection and isolation, psychologically, skin care. Results The conventional nursing group 75 eases with severe hand foot and mouth disease in 63 cases of the discharge, average hospital stay was （32.12±4.26 ）d, 12 cases died of multiple organ failure;nursing group and 75 cases of severe hand-foot-mouth disease in 70 cases and discharged,average discharge weather （26.67±2.16）d, 5 cases died of multiple organ failure; and the difference of hospitalization days two groups have statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Accurate, timely execution of orders, the timely processing of the condition changes, actively cooperate with the doctors rescue, enlaanee nurses＇ sense of responsibility, positive communication with his family, is the key to increase the cure of critically ill children.
