心脉隆注射液对扩心病患者脑钠肽前体、高敏C反应蛋白影响  被引量:3

摘  要:目的观察心脉隆注射液对扩张型心肌病(DCM)的脑钠肽前体(brain natriuretic peptide precursor,NT-pro BNP)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、心功能的影响。方法选择DCM患者136例,将其随机分为常规治疗组(n=76)和心脉隆组(n=60),均常规予心力衰竭标准化治疗,心脉隆组加用心脉隆注射液200 mg+0.9%氯化钠溶液100 m L,静脉滴注,每天2次,连用14 d。观察患者入院24 h及出院时左心室舒张末内径、左心室收缩末内径、射血分数及NT-pro BNP、hs-CRP水平变化。结果治疗14 d后心脉隆组患者NT-pro BNP(392.73±3.42)ng/L、hs-CRP(1.12±0.32)mg/dl、心脏功能[左心室舒张内径(45.48±4.22)mm、左心室收缩内径(31.44±2.41)mm、射血分数(60.08±5.41)%]与常规治疗组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在DCM患者常规治疗基础上加用心脉隆注射液可有效降低患者炎症反应,改善心脏功能,提高心力衰竭患者生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of the Xinmailong injection on brain natriurefic pepttde (NT-proBNP), hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM). Methods 136 hospitalized patients with DCM were randomly divided into conventional treatment group (76 cases) and Xinmailong group (60 cases). All patients were routinely subject to the standardized treatment of heart failure. Xinmailong group by Xinmailong injection 200 mg + 0.9% NS 100 mL, intravenous drip, 2 times a day, stay 14 d. Meanwhile, left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, left ventricular end-systolic diameter, ejection fraction, and the level changes of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were also observed.Results There were statistically significant differences (P〈0.01) between the two groups about the changes of NT- proBNP ( 392.73±3.42 ) ng/L, hs-CRP ( 1.12±0.32 ) mg/dl and cardiac function[LVDD(45.48±4.22) mm, LVSD(31.44±2.41) mm, EF(60.08±5.41)%] after 14 day's treatment.Conclusion Based on the conventional therapy, utilization of Xinmailong injection reduces inflammatory reaction and improves heart function effectively, and the quality of life in patients with DCM improves ultimately.
