PICC信息平台对提高基层医院PICC术后管理水平的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨建立经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管（PICC）维护信息平台对基层医院PICC置管后管理整体水平的影响。方法选择重庆市綦江区人民医院2012年1-12月（建立PICC维护信息平台前）在基层医院行PICC置管患者102例为对照组;2013年7月至2014年6月（建立PICC维护信息平台后）置管患者168例为观察组,比较两组PICC置管患者护理过程中并发症发生率、非计划性拔管发生率及导管平均留置时间,并分析原因。结果 PICC并发症发生率从平台建立前的32.4%（33/102）降低到建立后的11.3%（19/168）;导管平均留置时间从（68.5±19.2）d延长至（106.8±21.1）d;非计划拔管率从24.5%（25/102）降至6.5%（11/168）,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论建立基层医院PICC维护信息平台对PICC置管后护理管理整体水平有明显提高作用。Objective To investigate the influence of establishing the peripherally inserted central catheter （PICC） main-tenance information platform on the overall management level after PICC in basic-level hospitals. Methods 102 cases under-going PIVCC in the Qijiang District People＆#39;s Hospital during January-December 2012 （before establishing PICC maintenance in-formation platform） were selected as the control group;168 cases undergoing PICC from July 2013 to June 2014（after establishing PICC maintenance information platform） as the observation group. The occurrence rate of complications during nursing process, occurrence rate of unplanned extubation and average catheter indwelling time were compared between the two groups and their resons were analyzed. Results The occurrence rate of PICC complications in the observation group was decreased from 32.4%（33/102） to11.3%（19/168）;the average catheter indwelling time was prolonged from（68.5±19.2）d to（106.8±21.1）d;the unplanned extubation rate was declined from 24.5%（25/102）to 6.5%（11/168）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）. Con-clusion Establishing the basic-level hospital PICC maintenance information platform has the significant enhancing effect on the nursing management overall level after PICC.
