摘 要:以人造板生产废弃的桉木单片为原料,探讨制备桉木单片ECMP的可行性,并对其浸渍过程主要工艺方法进行讨论;通过不同配比ECMP与国产废瓦楞纸的配抄实验,研究其配抄瓦楞原纸的成纸质量及防潮效果。结果认为:以桉木单片为原料制备ECMP是可行的,浸渍过程以高压浸渍更适于配抄瓦楞原纸;桉木单片ECMP用于配抄瓦楞原纸,除可大幅度提高成纸挺度外,还可以改善成纸防潮性能,扩大成纸适用范围。The study utilized the inexpensive eucalyptus chips form plywood scraps waste as raw material to explore the possible pulping properties by using the extruder chemi-mechanical method. The study also analyzed the process and the parameters of impregnation in order to fabricate the corrugating medium with high quality and further experimented the proportion of this extruder chemi-mechanical pulping (ECMP) with domestic reclaimed pulp to test the paper physical strength, mechanical property and moisture-proof effect. The results showed that the impregnation process was more suitable for high-pressure for corrugating medium; besides significantly increasing the stiffness of paper sheet, the eucalyptus chips ECMP also improved the water-sensitive performance as well as broadened the scope of application for plywood scraps.
