摘 要:固定化漆酶投入反应器处理造纸废水,当进水COD为1265.87 mg·L-1,固定化酶组对COD的去除率为65.64%,对照组去除率为61.42%,COD去除率提高6.87%。提高进水负荷至1641.31 mg·L-1,固定化酶组对COD的去除率为58.76%,对照组去除率为47.94%,COD去除率提高22.57%,说明反应器接入固定化漆酶后抗进水负荷冲击能力提高。当进水p H改变时,固定化酶组反应器具有较高的COD去除率,说明反应器接入固定化漆酶后抗进水p H冲击能力提高。The immobilized laccase was put into SBR to degrade papermaking wastewater. The removal rate of COD was 65.64% which was higher 6.87% than that of antitheses under the condition of influent COD load 1265.87mg·L^-1. The removal rate of COD was 58.76% in the immobilized laccase reactor and that was 47.94% in antitheses group when influent COD load reached to 1641.31 mg·L^-1. The removal rate of COD improved 22.57%. When the influent pH changed, immobilized laccase reactor had higher COD removal rate. Resist capability of change ofpH and influent COD load advanced after the immobilized laccase put into SBR.
