摘 要:心肌缺血/缺氧通常会导致心脏结构和功能的损伤,黄芩素是广泛分布的一种黄酮类物质,近年研究发现黄芩素能够通过调节细胞信号通路,干预信号通路中关键信号分子的磷酸化过程,对缺血/缺氧心脏发挥保护作用。这些信号通路包括磷脂酰肌醇-3-激酶-丝氨酸/苏氨酸激酶(PI3K/Akt)、丝裂原活化蛋白激酶家族(MAPKs)和核因子-κB(NF-κB)等,及其下游通路蛋白HMGB1、MMP-2/-9、e NOS和凋亡蛋白。现就黄芩素与心肌缺血/缺氧相关信号通路的相互作用机制进行综述。Myocardial ischemia/hypoxia often results in damaging the structure and function of heart. Baicalein, a widely distributed flavonoid, has been shown to play an important role in the cardioprotection of ischemia/hypoxia in recent years. The cardioprotection of baicalein was mediated by regulating the cell signaling pathways and controlling the phosphorylation of key signaling molecules. These signaling pathways involved in phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase-serine/threonine kinase(PI3K/Akt), mitogen-activated protein kinase(MAPKs), and nuclear factor-κB(NF-κB), and their down signaling proteins HMGB1, MMP-2/-9, and e NOS, and apoptosis proteins as well. The interaction mechanism of baicalein on signaling pathway in myocardial ischemia/hypoxia has been reviewed.
