摘 要:单一蓄电池储能技术已应用于配电网中,作为备用容量和节省电能投资。鉴于单一蓄电池储能设备成本过高的问题,本文采用电池-超级电容器混合储能(HESS)技术,建立以整个寿命周期内年均成本为最小的目标函数,以满足供电可靠性、调压、平抑大负荷功率冲击等为约束条件的容量优化配置模型。运用粒子群优化算法进行求解,与单一蓄电池储能作比较,验证了HESS混合储能在配电网中的经济性。Single battery energy storage technology is already applied in the distribution network to be used as spare capacity and electric energy-saving investments.In view of the problem of high cost of battery energy storage equipment,the battery-super capacitor hybrid energy storage(HESS)technology is presented in this paper,and the optimized configuration model is built with the objective function of minimizing the average annual cost in total life cycle and with such constraint conditions as the power supply reliability,voltage regulation and the suppressing of large load power impact.Particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve proposed model.And compared to single battery energy storage,HESS hybrid energy storage technology shows its good economic when applying in distribution network.
