低光泽彩喷纸图像打印质量的优势因素分析

摘　　要：该文以7种低光泽彩色喷墨打印纸为研究对象。利用密度计、分光光度计以及显微拍摄仪等设备对纸张打印图像的色密度、印刷反差、色域、色差、墨点及线条宽度进行了测试，采用灰关联分析方法对影响低光泽彩色喷墨打印纸图像打印质量的因素进行了优势因素分析。结果表明，纸张的白度对打印图像的印刷反差、色差和色域的影响最为明显，纸张的粗糙度对墨点圆度的影响最大；而纸张的不透明度对印刷反差和色差的影响很小。Seven kinds of low-gloss ink-jet printing papers are studied in this paper. Densimeter,spectrophotometer and micro-shooting instrument are used for color density, tone reproduction, gamut, color difference, roundness and line of printing images. Grey relation technology was applied to the advantage influencing factors analysis of low-gloss ink-jet paper＇s image printing quality. The results showed that the whiteness of paper has a very significant impact to the tone reproduction, color difference and gamut of the printing image,the roughness of paper has a very significant impact to roundness of the printing image. On the contrast, the opacity of paper has obvious effect to the tone reproduction and color difference of the printing image.
