摘　　要：为了利用北斗导航卫星系统特有的通信功能解决海上智能交通安全系统无线通信问题,首先探析了北斗系统通信功能对于海洋导航定位突出特点。提出了基于北斗导航卫星系统的海上智能交通安全系统技术体系。论述了将北斗系统多模接收机芯片与船舶交通管理系统雷达、船载自动识别系统基站、航标和水文气象传感网等集成,构建基于北斗位系统和物联网等技术的海上智能交通系统安全模型。该系统可以确保港口海上交通安全信息的准确性和可靠性。In order to use characteristic communication function of BDS,problems is solved that wireless communication of maritime intelligent traffic safety system.This paper explores the salient features of communication of the BDS for marine navigation and positioning first.It proposes technology system of maritime intelligent transportation Security system that based on BDS,and integrates BDS multimode receiver chip with VTS radar,AIS base stations,beacons and hydrometeorological sensor networks,etc.It is builded the security model of maritime intelligent transport Security system that based on BDS and internet of things.The system can ensure the accuracy and reliability of the port maritime traffic safety information.
