摘  要:目的:评价128层螺旋CT一次性肺动静脉成像对肺动静脉畸形(PAVMs)的诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析9例肺动静脉畸形的临床和128层螺旋CT表现。采用128层螺旋CT扫描仪,增强后分两期扫描,图像传后处理工作站进行血管重建,重建方法包括MPR、MIP、VR。结果 :CTA后处理血管重建可以显示供血动脉、畸形血管团、引流静脉,供血动脉的来源、引流静脉的去处也充分易显示。结论 :128层螺旋CT一次性肺动静脉成像可以明确PAVMs的瘤体、供血动脉、引流静脉的空间关系和解剖细节,可作为PAVMs的首选检查和随访方法。Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of 128-slice spiral computed tomography pulmonary angiography(MSCTPA)for pulmonary arteriovenous malformations(PAVMs). Methods: Nine patients with PAVMs were retrospectively reviewed. The CT angiography was performed using a 128-slice spiral computed tomography scanner. After administering contrast medium, delay scan in two phases. Imaging of pulmonary vessels were performed at post-process workstation, including VR, MIP, MPR constructions. Results: Construction process of MSCTPA can show feeding artery, nidus and drainage vein. The origin of the feeding arteries and drainage vein were easy to demonstrate too. Conclusion: 128-slice spiral computed tomography pulmonary angiography of PAVMs can accurately reveal space relationship and anatomical characters of tumor, input arteries and output veins. It should be used as the first choice of the examination and diagnosis pulmonary arteriovenous malformations.
