辛伐他汀联合软化动脉胶囊治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察辛伐他汀联合软化动脉胶囊治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症的临床疗效。方法:选取2型糖尿病高脂血症患者36例,随机分为治疗组(18例)和对照组(18例),在基础治疗(包括饮食、运动)的基础上,治疗组口服辛伐他汀滴丸10mg,1次/d;软化动脉胶囊2500mg,3/d;对照组仅予辛伐他汀滴丸10mg,1次/d。所有患者均连续治疗2月,分别于治疗前及治疗后检验总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结果:治疗组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前明显降低,HDL-C较前上升;对照组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C较治疗前降低,HDL-C较前上升。治疗组TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C达标率明显高于对照组,差异有显著性P<0.01)。结论:辛伐他汀联合软化动脉胶囊治疗2型糖尿病高脂血症效果好于单用辛伐他汀。Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of simvastatin combined with softening artery capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes with hyperlipidemia. Methods： We selected 36 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus hyperlipidemia, were randomly divided into treatment group （20 cases） and control group （16 cases）, in the basic treatment （including diet, exercise） on the basis of the treatment group was treated by oral administration of simvastatin, 5rag, l/d, softening artery capsule 2500mg, 3/d; the control group only received simvastatin 5mg, 1/d. All patients were treated continuously for inspection in February, total cholesterol before and after treatment respectively （TC）, triglyeeride （TG）, low density lipoprotein （LDL-C）, high density lipoprotein （HDL-C）.Results：After treatment, TC, TG, LDL-C significantly lower than that before treatment, HDL-C increased than before; the control group after treatment,TC,TG,LDL-C decreased, HDL-C increased than before. The treatment group TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C compliance was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was significant （P〈0.01） Conclusion： Simvastatin softening artery capsule in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus hypedipidemia effect is better than the single use of simvastatin.
