中西医综合治疗肾结石120例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医综合治疗肾结石的疗效。方法:将120例患者半随机分为治疗组40例,综合组40例,对照组40例。治疗组采用中西医结合疗法,综合组采用中西医综合治疗,对照组采用西医疗法。结果:对照组完全缓解8例,部分缓解17例,无效15例,总有效率62.5%;治疗组完全缓解20例,部分缓解15例,无效5例,总有效率达87.5%,综合组完全缓解26例,部分缓解11例,无效3例,总有效率达92.5%,三组总有效率相比,治疗组与对照组对比,均有统计学差异(P<0.01),两治疗组对比,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:中西医综合治疗肾结石的疗效优于单纯西医疗法。Objective： To invostigate the curative effect of Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment on renal lithiasis. Method： 120 cases were divided into treatment group, consolidated group and control group quasi-randomized. The treatment gro~ h-~cluded 40 cases, consolidated group included 40 cases and the control group included 40 cases. Combination of TCM with Western Medicine was given to the treatment group, Consolidated group with Integrated Chinese and Western medicine and Routine western medicine was given to the control group. Result： In the control group, 8 cases were cured, 17 cases were excellen, and 15 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 62.5%.In the treatment group, 20 cases were cured, 15 cases were excellen, and 5 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 87.5%. In the consolidated group, 26 cases were cured, I 1 cases were excellen, and 3 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate was 92.5%. Three groups compared to the total efficiency of the treatment group and control group comparison, were statistically significant （P〈0.01）, comparing the two treatment groups, there are significant differences（P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The efficacy of TCM and Western medicine treatment of kidney stones better than western medicine.
